Refund/Cancellation Policy
Because our cakes and baked goods are custom-made to order, we dedicate time, ingredients, and care to preparing your specific design well in advance. Please review our policy regarding cancellations, changes, and refunds:
1. Cancellations and Postponements

More than 72 hours before pickup: If you need to cancel or change the date of your order, please notify us at least 72 hours(3 days) before your scheduled pickup date. You will receive a full refund or store credit.

Less than 72 hours before pickup: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the pickup date are non-refundable. At this stage, ingredients have been purchased and preparation has already begun.
2. Changes to Your Order

Any changes to flavor, size, or design must be requested at least 3 days prior to your pickup date. We will do our absolute best to accommodate your requests, but changes cannot be guaranteed last minute.
3. Order Pickup

Inspection: We want you to love your cake! When you arrive for local pickup, please inspect your order carefully. Once the cake leaves our premises, it is considered accepted, and we are no longer responsible for any damage that occurs during transport or handling.

Missed Pickups: If you do not pick up your order at your scheduled time, we will hold it for 24 hours. No refunds or replacements will be issued for forgotten or missed pickups.
4. Quality Concerns

Further evaluation of the situation will occur, and possibly lead to a partial refund or store credit.
